I just had my evaluation for this year. I am a C level associate. The assistant that done my evaluation said we were not getting a raise this year. Anyone else heard that??

I’m a sales associate and i’m trying to move up and i saw that my said below performance but i never got an this year so what does that mean?
This is the first I’ve heard of that too!
Do your occurrences affect your 2% raise?
I recieved a Solid performer eval...When I asked tonight where my raise was I was told by an ASM that I would not get one due to attendance. Does anyone know when this came into effect? At the time if my eval I had 2 occurences. Another CSM who got the same eval as I was told the same thing.. .we never heard of this.
Solid performer is 2%. Above standard is 4%. The pay raise went in effect on Saturday.
I’m the original poster. My evaluation was standard. So according to you all I will get 2%. So this just goes to show you yet again there’s no communication in our store. The AM’s have no clue what’s going on. Thanks for the info!
Exactly! No Role ! and If you did not get a raise then your eval. was not good. All level C and D get a raise if you have a good eval. I wonder sometimes if the union is not on this page instead of WM associates.
There is no role model for hourly, try again troll.
If you receive a solid performer, you will get a 2% raise. If you are above standard, you will get a 4% raise. If you received a needs improvement, you will not get a raise.
What is value performance evaluation?
I got role model and only got 2%
According to my SM you must get exceeds to qualify for any raise. Anything less than exceeds get no raise and if you get exceeds you get 2% if you get roll model (which no one gets!) You get 4%. Mind you this comes from someone that will throw you under the bus to save her own rear end, so take it with a grain of salt.
Only if you get the bottom rating otherwise 2% or 4%. I'm a PC so I do know what I'm talking about.
