Does anyone know what’s happening with regional marketing teams?

OTS was piloted when Target was touring some of our stores in the hopes of a possible buy-out or merge. Obviously that didn’t happen but you know how WFM hates to say “sorry we were wrong.” So I think that’s a small percentage of why it’s still around. I don’t think it’s going to stick around (atleast in its current form) for much longer.....I mean not when you can just use a drone to stick your shelves.
There are no more customs, no chalks,,, SO... that is that.
You won't have custom signs anymore. It will be just like every other generic store. It will be hard for store leadership and team leaders to get used to, but everyone will.
I want to know how I’m going to request custom signs as a Team Leader and anything that is unique to my store. Just add more to my plate than they already have.
“How are we expected to do this many things in the same time?”
STL: “You make time. You find ways to be more efficient.” Even though I already bust my a-- 24/7.
This plus OTS and all these b.s. checklists are a joke. “You didn’t fill out this one line - FAIL.”
...all our metro marketers were poorly organized and wasted time and money. But they sure could send out glowing emails full of all their marketing exploits.....
All positions?
They going away in june/july
