Hey. Management. Do you want to make a change for the better?

How about you some respect for all us peons under you who are working their tails off and don't ask us to just drop everything for 2 days per week because you'd like everyone to waste time filling out a spreadsheet to answer something that you should already know. Especially when we just told the last person in your seat the exact same thing just a few months ago.

How about that idea?

This will probably come as a surprise but we actually are a little bit busy what with all the GDPR scrambling and trying to keep things running half reliably with just 25% of the needed staff.

How about you try to improve our working lives instead of making them even more of a living hell than they already are.

PS: Anyone want to make a wager if we will finally see a whole month without a p0 or p1?

Nothing has changed for the better so if we do go a month it will just be luck.

P0 and P1s every month have been the norm with Sabre since a years now. We are now on to the 3rd externally hired and talented SVP and things are getting worse since everyone cones up with a so called plan and moves on before the implementation is completed. Started with EVP DK and has been getting worse since then.

In short, there is not going to be any positive change on this front since the execs dont have a clue on this. So get used to this and watch the company continue to bleed customers going ahead
