Thread regarding University of Phoenix layoffs

What we have lost....

What we lost as a company are ethics and a care for our employees. If you care for employees they will take take of the company. Fact. Leaders have lost their integrity.

"Ethics and respect for employees?"

That sounds like what the SS rank and file would say about how debilitating and victimizing it was in being required to kill so many unsuspecting people each day.

Pathetic fraudulent paracites.

I wish you the worst now and in the future.

What we have is the Bronson effect. If you look it up it’s the business method of not being trustworthy and honest but portraying you are a core leader.

Yep. Lay off the people on the front lines working with students and this is what you get.

I have former students (still at the school) who come up to me and let me know how sad it is there is no support at the campus anymore.

Wow- Si2RwJ2-pyb, must be a leader. Staff have been trying to take care of our students but a lack of ETHICAL behavior and bad decisions by the upper leadership has made this extremely difficult. Take responsibility for your actions and stop deflecting these bad decisions onto your staff. They were not consulted - they were just told to figure it out!!

Poster is right. Employees don’t care because the company doesn’t. Plain and simple.

What you should have cared for was students. If you had done that, the rest would have taken care of itself. But you only cared about yourselves.
