Although it could have been a PR stunt by CA to predict layoffs to get some shareholder traction, the cost cutting/restructuring surely means layoffs.... then what the hell these guys are doing by keeping us all in limbo and destroying morale??!! Get you act together you management morons and make some decisions!! Let us all move on, one way or another.... Sick of the feeling like dodging bullets everyday...

Who at Qualcomm doesn't feel that way. In the past 5 years I can't even recall if there have been 3 or 4 layoffs in my department. It's ridiculous. Which will get you first, flu season or layoff season.
Man if you feel like that, leave.
