@3ysz - happens all the time - read the rules and the privacy angle. layoffs.com nuke posts with 'personally identifiable information', profanity, etc... not sure what got nuked but if you look at the list of things they dont want on the site this may help understand why things are deletedddddddd

You people have become deluited by the ridiculous MeToo movement. Looking at someone or standing near them is not s-xual harrasment, for Christ's sake.

It is defined as such, according to Federal guidelines:

Unwelcome s-xual advances, requests for s-xual favors, and other verbal or physical conduct of a s-xual nature constitute s-xual harassment when submission to such conduct is made either explicitly or implicitly a term or condition of an individual's employment, submission to or rejection of such conduct by an individual is used as the basis for employment decisions affecting such individuals, or such conduct has the purpose or effect of unreasonably interfering with an individual's work performance or creating an intimidating, hostile, or offensive working environment.
