People leaving. Management no care. Young people going leave old people do job and more with no pay raise. No future no money. Is company for sale? Does Blake know?

Shift just started. Duma$$ kid acting like he own place. Lil twerp has rocks for brains.
At it again, he is. Walking round like he’s the best, spends the night larking about. This kid has a very high opinion of himself.
More people go. Nobody care. Something go in on. No work no money. We in trouble
The kid still walking round like he runs the place. Does nothing all shift and goes home proud of what he’s done.
It’s us OLD guys keeping the machine shops going, most of these young guys now think they know the world, they know jack. One in particular walks round all shift thinking he’s the man, No he’s a kid and runs to the Forman/supervisor when people look at him the wrong way. If us old guys left DQ would be left with machinists that couldn’t decide if it piss or sh@t
Perhaps if the precipitation of the weather calculates 100% credulity from our oil trades, then everything might recover. If not, then Dril Quips buoyancy may be returned to Afghanistan's reductions of populace. Management wont tell you anything because they're hiding the secrets we need to return to from the depths.
Question is does Blake care ? No !! He’s only keeping the shareholders happy. Old men in retirement positions holding back skilled men wanting to better themselves, DQ’s future is being killed by old dinosaurs.
