the management at our location s---s! they don't show up everyday, they tell you what you want to hear just to get you out of their office. they don't reply to emails until they have to. the bad employees are causing good employees to quit. but management turns a blind eye to the bad employees.

If you want real change then name some names. I know this forum likes to pull down posts when you do that so list the department and initials of a $h1t manager and what they've done to make this list.

The easiest cost reduction they could do is restructure Management but that won't happen... So pump your resume s out hard and get out while the getting is good people. Wage slaves there is no hope with this company and it's impotent management at every layer, move on folks don't go down with the ship.
Many managers work from home these days....no contact with their employees too busy on useless and endless conference calls!
