Another regional person gone this week in SP. Sadly it's not the top leadership, namely either the RP, RVPs or any of the 12 ECs... When is Amazon going to check under the hood of 'regional leadership" and pull the plug?? Also, sounds like a cap on the STL bonuses are finally being implemented! STLs still are not held accountable for labor/margin/sales/shrink misses or food safety, you mean that's not a sustainable practice? You mean your overworked $32/hour department TL should be the only one who has to provide answers for a store's poor performance?

Our TL makes $24 an hour. She has grocery, WB and specialty.

Impossible for TL's to succeed. Unrealistic expectations on tl's from leadership both storewide and regional. Time to start looking elsewhere. Not all TL's make $32 an hour. Some make a fraction of that for the same expectations. Not just in the SW.

Hmmm. $32/hr. $64K/yr. Dept. TL of a grocery store... Average salary in the U.S. as of August 2017 = $56K. Average salary of a registered nurse = $68K. You're not saving lives yet your almost getting paid like you are. Count your blessings, that may change soon.
That 32 an hour TL comes on here often. He's easily triggered.
$32 hour is a ridiculous amount of money to pay someone in retail. Plus if you go over 40 hours you make $48 hourly quit complaining feel fortunate to have a job in a company that pays so well to it’s TL.
