If this stuff is true about MT, then he just successfully turned our Company's reputation into a reality TV episode. If he's fired, maybe he can land a role in a new reality show - "Real Husbands of McLean County." How embarrassing for his family, the Company, and our town.
Why does Code of Conduct not apply to him? And doesn’t come close in exhibiting Key Leadership Behaviors..

I am not preaching and I am fairly indifferent as it relates to what you stated, but I wanted to let you know that mods do scan our posts and there are rules (which are kind of hidden in the footer)
@nji nobody rules forever. He's created SOOOO much chaos, it'd be wise if they consider letting him go. I do not see what value he creates and how he contributes to the overall growth of our business / brand (which is not existent)
