What a horrible year. I've been employed for 20+ years and this is the worst year so far. I just learned that Toys R Us went bankrupt and 30,000 will lose jobs. That's 30,000 people affected - this is massive and where will we be in a year. They are posting messages on www.thelayoff.com/toys-r-us

Systems didn't spend.
The executives spent. They spent the money by hiring a bunch of outsiders who didn't know anything about State Farm to come in and rob them blind.
They literally paid to be taken advantage of.

Kuk is spot on. This a failure of leadership.
I am the OP. The leadership is at fault. The economy is OK. There are sectors of the economy that are getting clobbered right now. That's all what I am saying. 30K is a huge number.
Is this another post designed to make everyone think the problem is the economy and not State Farm's leadership?
Or are you lost?
