Yep just it a DM for under performing my teammates, but the last data is from November. My works shows I was putting more of an effort than others, but got crap for leads. But I got the DM. They are looking to clean house. Anyone know about how they are handling shift bids. I am just going to assume everyone is coming back in to let them go.
It is NOT a fake degree and it’s usually the people that can’t hack it that say that. Suprise, suprise, you actually do have to earn your degree. Those that end up failing and dropping out are usually the ones saying the worst stuff. UOP does provide a good experience if one is willing to work and earn it. Quit pushing this lie.

Leadership is tying our hands with outdated systems along with IT personnel who do not know how to run our systems or have lost so many of their staff that they no longer have the talent to fix/update the apps. Genysis, Salesforce, Vocado are not running properly.... there is limited training available... Leadership is ignoring our questions. Many times we are unable to even find our management team. I'm trying to find the positive of staying on. This was at one time a great university and a fantastic workplace - but that is no longer true.
To the person who mentioned we are part of the sales team: I get it, we are here to sell the product, but its like trying to sell a car without wheels or selling a decent car to someone with no money, no credit, no drivers license, and the ability to finance the purchase comes from the government where the rest of us have to pay for it in the long run. I used to like what I do, but they tie our hands together and expect us to swim a mile. Morale s---s for those who still want to salvage what we can from this once great job, but it’s challenging. No real leaders here, just ppl dredging through the BS. Leadership, staff, and everyone else want to succeed but really don’t know how to work with these new systems or find balance with all the layoff and uncertainty. I don’t want to leave and try my best every day, but even with my best efforts it’s scary to think our days are numbered. I’ll try to stay as long as I can, doing the best I can. For those reading this, keep doing what you can. I know it’s hard, but we have families that rely on us. Let’s keep fighting the good fight.
The person that got fired bc your team didn't make quota...are you an Enrollment Manager? Did they give you a Discussion Memo prior to that? Written warning prior to getting fired? What did they tell you? What college?

Nothing wrong with a sales quota except when we are selling students into using Federal Financial Aid to make the sell!
If your job is enrolling students you are part of the sales team. Your job is no different than any other sales position, if you aren't selling you aren't producing revenue.
Got fired last month because my team wasnt making quota. Its always been this way since the beginning of this blog Camdenkid so what is your point? You cant do anything about it. Yes Im upset that they would fire me because I wouldnt force the quota. How do you enforce a quota when the systems to enroll dont work and we arent getting any qualified leads
University of Phoenix is in the fake degree business it can not continue to exist as a business unless it sells fake degrees so off course people have to sell fake degrees to remain
