The rumor floating around is that vaca time will be cut in September. It will be tiered as it is now, but max tenure will cap at 3 weeks, 120 hours rather than 196. Anyone have valid source for this?

There is a lot that is true on here. Up coming no changes, student counts and systems.
Interesting info. Now, is it accurate? Ive read tgis site for YEARS, and oddly enough, SOME crazy rumors DO happen. I always wonder where the posters get their info. Some is complete bs, but again, some seems to be true. Time will tell. Capping vacay makes sense though.
Yea this is accurate , anyone with 10+ years will receive 120hrs + floating holiday. Anyone 5-9 years of tenure will receive 96hrs plus floating holiday. Anyone 1-4 years will receive 80hrs plus floating holiday. The goal here is to hopefully eliminate another large chuck of employees who didn’t stick around for the pay but for the vacation/sick benefits. Mid June will also be the final layoff for fiscal 18.
Anything is possible. I always said they would NEVER cut salaries, and they did. In order to be more productive, cutting vacay time would seem likely. Also, they do need people to quit, so who knows.
they want people to quit. not enough people are being sold on fake degrees
