Some positions will be eliminated when L48 BU is realigned and we move into EC4. Still indecision on Bartlesville to move it all now or a little at a time.
Anybody has any more info on this, per chance?

Why would you leave now? If you were selected for R5 you would get a good payout, especially now the company is making money and can afford it.
No, but my advice: leave now, on your own terms, rather than waiting around for round 5.
