Having worked directly with ER and HR (who must be some of the most disingenuous morons I have ever seen) I wouldn't be surprised one bit. It's sad to see ER/HR have zero morals and will only look out for whoever has the biggest title. Gone are the days of protecting employees. Thank you ER/HR for help in sinking our ship. Saying you guys s--- is the understatement of the year. I sure hope you HR trolls read this.

Possible, but very difficult. EEOC lawsuit a good possibility. Guess is they would wait.
