Change driven by cost saving is not a strategy and does not develop a company medium and long term.

Cost savings - saves you money on quarter but the problem still remains the next quarter.

Hence expect futher cost saving measures to follow as the last one will not deliver any medium or long term results.

Free up managers to be managers - allow them to create the vision based on their employees ideas stop firing them for having an idea that maybe says the transformation is not working......

@SYES, this is an example of how Schlumburger backstabbing is like. Do nothing all day and wait for someone's mistake to jump on.

There are only few managers in slb worth the title they are holding,

They know what to say and how to say it.

That is it.

Rest all are connections party,

At slb, you dont need to speak good english. You just need to speak same language with your manager, maxicana, chono, tatato or whatever language ,even you cant understand it, just say yes. That is how you move up to.manager. Good to see all of mtfk here

This was expected, time to give 2nd opinion on each staff and eliminating protected backstabbers.

New managers obviously are not in favour of all existing employees.
