If there are people paying to shut it down, doesn’t that mean they have a compelling product/roadmap? Iheard that there was a lot of interest in the upcoming chip for a variety of reasons.
Not only are there no buyers there are people out there willing to pay for QCOM to just shut it down.

Sorry to say that if you are converted as an employee to the buying company there will be no severance package. Not sure about your RSUs. Same thing happened to Vuforia and Omnitacs employees.
