Yesterday I received notice of a class action settlement that states Windstream’s board of directors failed to disclose material facts in connection with a stockholder vote on two charter amendments relating to the partial spin off and reverse stock split that was held on February 20, 2015...anyone else receive this notice? It appears Windstream has several legal issues...wondering when someone will file suit against Windstream on their good ole boy network which does not discriminates females. Equal pay for equal job is NOT Windstream’s practice.

Very true. Windstream this month laid off people turned around and hired more. Windstream hires ilegals who have invalid student visas from local colleges. They don't check leaving them to take jobs away from US legals. How dare you Windstream!
Equal pay or pay people more money who deserve it? However, that makes too much sense. They would rather hire friends and overpay them.
I'm sorry Windstream, but your stock has plummeted since the Riet was setup.The payout will not even be close to replace the Thousand's of dollars lost !!!

Should have read does discriminate against women...sorry! Also their fair hiring practices...I know for a fact that if a manager wants a specific person regardless of their experience, the managers will hire them and also boost their salary to exceed many of their co-workers.
