Thread regarding PepsiCo Inc. (Pepsi) layoffs

PepsiCo layoffs in July?

The only thing I am hearing is July. I might add that I’m not hearing a lot of people speak of that timeframe. Could be someone speculating without any real fact. At this point it’s anyones guess. The last I read, Indra signed up for $1B in productivity for 2018. The easiest place to get this is by letting people go. Unfortunately that’s Indra’s go to play.

I've heard summer, so it fits into the July framework. Anybody has more info, maybe?

Cut the useless B1s and some L10/11s

If you are getting a bonus then bring it

Many are an embarrassment

There are some that are very good and work hard but many are dead weight

Projects get delivered in spite of them

Not because they provide any value

I've also been hearing of staggered layoffs in the July time frame. Let's face it, NAB is not doing well and some poor souls are going to lose their jobs over it.

More cut, more bonus? Or less bonus and people quit...you must have had a decent bonus while most of us didn’t. So many people are leaving and I’m sure leadership is happy...gives them less layoffs.

I've heard there will be more cuts later this year, they are staggering them as to avoid one giant cut which wouldn't look good in the media
