Rumor rampant at corporate is that the VPs they put in from Cabela’s are restructuring their areas to bring friends in as directors and managers from Cabela HQ Sidney and eliminate current Bass Pro directors and managers. If true will affect IT, Accounting and HR. Directors in Retail and Data have already been replaced by Cabela people that are good friends with VP of HR. Sad, BPS people turned on by their own company to make Cabela executives happy. BPS may have bought Cabelas but appears Cabelas is running the show.

Big things are coming to Sidney just be patient and all will be well.

Sure. Bring in their friends. I doubt JM is going to let that happen.
Better also pay all those people a lot to move from Sydney, because no one out there is selling their house very fast. Or for anything close to what it used to be worth.
And the good 'ole boy/girl culture that was so rampant at CAB HQ now moves into BP. Good luck!
