Can all the employees draft a petition to the board requesting it to change the management?. How long can employees continue to face the brunt of poor and greedy management?

Large stockholders seem unable to force any changes in the stupid management. The system doesn't work ?? Or am I missing something? The return on investment is sh--!!
They can certainly draft a petition, and the board will ignore it.
Buy enough shares and the BoD will listen to you.
I'm sure the BoD will listen carefully and take action on your recommendations right away !
