If they cannot get people here, they will ship all the jobs overseas. I’ve been saying this all along, and also have seen it first hand. And NOTHING, and I stress, NOTHING, can stop the companies from doing that. The only thing you can do is upskill and get more competitive.

So you call them and tell them „Hello, you know what? We are living in a capitalist society!“
What kind of answer do you expect? „Oh really? We didn‘t know!“
And then you give them your counter proposal: „I want us to switch to a socialist economy where the state tells the companies what they can and cannot do and who they can and cannot hire! Yes! And I want those decisions to be based on nationalistic principles. Yes. Nationalistic. And socialist. National socialist. Yes, that‘s right!“
