Hopefully the criminal act of both will be addressed in court. The shareholders were misled believing a Board that is clueless about the true state of the company. And MGO who never had any intent to stay, but signed a contract to destroy the company and its people.

It is an integrity issue both with MGO and the board, she is to blame for not being forthright and blind to what was happening and not able to do the hard work other than create another anacronym management program that will wither on the vine.. They gave too much compensation to a pie in the sky tech exec that failed with a capital “F”. Plenty of blame and residual fall out..

You go through the process and they offer you a contract for up to $31MM in your first year. Possibly a LOT more if things go well in the future.
