Few guys got notice today in IP Office and CM teams at Pune today.
Next round of layoffs for sure. Mindless hiring at higher levels and not working on training existing domain experts. Simply using some hot jargons to define roadmap does not good for the portfolio that has lost its spunk.
Results very predictable and depressing !!
Clueless at all levels .
Time for next round of layoffs and org changes. As always near and dear managers with chatugiri accumen will lead and will get the best portfolio's.
