Great, another CEO with no experience in doing what Mattel does. Obviously will come in with delusions of making Mattel an "entertainment" company. Look for giant expenditures in all sorts of "productions". Prepare to walk the hallways and hear nothing but nonstop BS about things "in development". Anyone without a "Producer" credit on their resume will be deemed a failure when he is shown the door in less than 2 years.
