Being with SF for years, I am leaving sooner than expected due to the proximity transition, and chose to opt out. It seems now doing a good job and working hard is no longer enough for SF, and loyalty is disregarded. The push for more is constant ....no matter how much you achieve it is never enough, ever. You reach the goals set and they become insufficient....more numbers, more production, more processes, always. They have taken respect out of the profession, and any desire to achieve is now lost.... such a misdirected path for what used to be a great employer.

I'm a proximity rep of 28 years. The job s---s. I'm so stressed I'm on medicince so I csn sleep at night. , doesnt really help. I'm a zombie during the day. I halve already tol my doctor and attorney. I was "lucky" and kept my job. I would love to have been impacted and started a hot dog stand. I have been f---ed over long enough and look for something else everday. Not worth the stress.
hahahah....Internet cowgirls....
I would love for SF to get the sht sued out of them again. They treat their employees like dirt. Many of my family members still refer to them based on my claims handling stories as "Slave Farm". Goodbye SF, you are only a shell of the company and organization you once were. Remember all the $'s you spent on stupid classes, phone doctor, many politically correct in nature, s-xual harassment when the only people that needed it were management up to executive level, not peons like myself. Pushing employees to give to Charities like the United Way so your company and the Charity could look good, almost forcing us to give. I could write more but what is the sense as you are not worth the time to scrape the gum from my shoes. :-(
