"old" jet been around too long and got complacent
"new" jet has an H1B and eager slavish attitude, will fly 24/7 for low cost

They laid off the "old" jet and backfilled with "young" jet. Part of SRP!
Dont know about metal fatigue. I got damn layoff rumor fatigue.
Worried about metal fatigue on the older jets.
