They can learn a lot about how the empoyees feel.

Yes, they monitor when they feel like it, and not one of us is a throwaway .
Bottom line : telecom development is dying. Already as fast and as small as physics will allow. It s---s, but it is true.
Guys, trust me this site is more popular than ever. Everyone is watching and reading this. But don't ever think this is going to change the way.
And why exactly would they care about how employees feel? That has to be, by far, the least important metric.
There was a certain SVP who had read it - oh 3 years ago now. He mentioned it in all hands as 'not exactly reliable' !!

They, like me, monitor this site for some sort of sick humor relief. To see corporate throw aways blaming their inefficiencies to a random, anonymous audience is rather humorous.
