American Girl's call and distribution center located in Wilmot, WI is closing, along with their Mattel toy store. 135 people will lose their jobs. Sad day in WI.

Would love to see a turn around, but consider how poorly the company seems to be run. Any bets how long until the rest is closed?
They hire about 600 more for the holiday season. The employees at this location have stepped up time and time again when corporate could not find the staff. Yet they think corporate is going to be able to hire 600 more people for the holidays. It is corporate AG doing what is right for themselves--not the company.
That number seems low. I thought there were a lot more people there. Awful news just the same.
Greed is the reason - beware - "it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God". Praying for God's blessings for all those affected by greed.
