1321 right on the limit of being just enough for stockholders providing there are plenty more outside of SD/US. Another 2k elsewhere perhaps.
IT 100 Best Places to Work are no longer. Several projects fail and no repercussions to Directors and above. Incompetent management know how to work the system. They promote direct reports continuously and after a few years management have to get promoted because they can’t have the same titles as the direct reports. However they add no value.
Too many surprises in IT. CIO vocally cautioned structural changes and I expected big cuts. A VP volunteered and another sr director kicked out. The latter case is known to throw money at vendors and I suppose it is good riddance.
IT number supposed to be 240. Plan to have TCS and Accenture to managed svcs but leadership chickened out. Lol.
