XA/XD is not getting enough focus as we want to move to the cloud. But where are the results?

citrix cloud is not working - it's a bad architecture/wrong building-blocks and the leadership team doesn't understand that the florida engineers have zero cloud skills. No new DNA is brought in and old timers are making mistakes left and right
When will DH stand up and ask the PM/Engineering leaders to take accountability for failures?
