I'm a just a plain engineer, been working here two years after I graduated in 2016. I work ~30 hours per week. Life is goooood. I've heard that people who are in the "middle" positions (staff/sr. staff) need to work a lot more to justify their costs. I know I'm never doing that. Probably just go back to grad school.
