I do not think anyone is worried about the teams delivering. The people left behind will just transfer the work to offshore teams and wind down the operations. I have seen this play out before, this movie does not have a happy ending.
Many teams would be cut to the bone. Not just SW. Question is how much can they deliver with the teams cut to this level
I heard they were cutting the SW team to the bone. Not sure about how the other teams are going to fare.
Yes, last time during srp it was the other vp who was “instrumental” in the layoffs. This time fortunes have changed it seems.
Whoever does most layoffs deserves a Qualstar. Afterall it must be very emotionally draining to do this right !!
We know which VP would have the last laugh though
Initially we thought only Principal and above were being let go however at this site a huge amount of people below Principal are also being let go. I don’t think this time the group would survive that has been dodging the bullet and redirecting it towards other groups. Guys here would know exactly who I’m talking about.
