Looks like 50% cut today. If not transitioned from small cells to TBS or Skyber, remaining cut in October. 4G should entirely be SCH by end of year.
8-12 weeks pay based on title, plus 2 weeks per year of service. Unvested RSUs void.
Is complete 4G is going through Geo shift and cut NJ team outrightly ?

Just got notice, formally tomorrow, end date August. 4g going entirely to India (to die), tiny 5g presence to remain. NJ location likely closed in a year or two. Disappointing.
Rest of NJ ? What rest of NJ ? After Wednesday there won’t be much of the NJ team left. Whoever remains either crosscharges or delegates to overseas.
The team that would oversee the overseas team, how competent are they ? What are their problem solving skills or would they just delegate and report status ? They should ask these questions to themselves in good faith. This team has been just reporting status for the past many years. The whole thing is a scam.
The rest of the NJ; well those toilets are not going to clean themselves.
What will rest of NJ work on?
Moving overseas. A small crew will be left to oversee the offshoring and paid a huge bonus to do so.
