I've heard that Tata will take over all of the sustain roles, from the Directors on down, and that rebadging will not be an option. Instead employees will be given X amount of months to train their Tata replacement as a condition to get their severance package.

I am about ready to be done with Pepsico and I hear our positions will be eliminated at picked up by Tata (TCS). No timeline yet. Management speaks of finding new positions at Pepsico but honestly I am about done with them anyway. I would like a package but I am hesitant to say that directly as they would have no incentive to offer me one on the way out. Suggestions?
Meeting for 'employees only' in Plano. Jobs going to TATA. Mexico and India. Most contractors unless transferred to TATA, even those currently in training will be gone by July.
