More and more critical teams are being shifted to India. Not sure whether that is a good or bad thing in long term.

Direct from HR, notices going out to most on 4/18, expect about 4k for all of Q. There will be waves, like some leaving by June and other a few months later in the year. But not 1-2 hundred. It'll be big. It has to be to save a billion dollars, thanks apple. Oh, and seems M is closing too, there's another 250 plus real estate.
I know 3 folk laid off. VP, sr dir, and one sr staff mgr. this sh-- is happening. Problem is there is dead silence everywhere else.
@jcn It's because instead of seeing thousands laid off, we're going to see probably somewhere around 100-200 folks leave before QY19. A steady stream of people leaving, not the big slam a mass exodus.

Checked with folks in four different groups this morning, no reports of layoffs. This is a single report here on layoffs.com - I'd say it's a troll, may be true but does not sound right if no details are provided.
I've been on this site since 2015, weekly... You will know when layoffs happen. You'll get a bunch of posts and a ton of detail once layoffs start.
For now, I am just assuming nothing is happening - I may be wrong but the OP can prove me wrong by providing the necessary detail.
