SM clearly has hidden agenda to disable and wound Q. I suspect he wants his $50 million pay day and for some obscure reason has to drive the stock way way down and then 'save' Q with his mastermind "cost savings" and "shareholder value" and all the other tired keywords.
If you happen to be an engineer at Q, remember you are a "cost" that is targeted for "saving".
