Does anyone know if these pay increases are company wide or certain groups? My group has not been told anything yet but groups we work directly with are reporting everyone is going to get this pay increase. Great news if true. Nice to see the company going in the right direction.

Business Communications Tech III got a 3 percent raise effective last check. Post said nobody was getting a raise, but then our supervisor came out with raises two weeks ago. He did say not everyone was getting raises and I did not ask questions. Best raise we have had in my area in years.

My manager said it is 3% and not everyone is getting it. Water cooler talk sounds like a good portion of people got this in their pay yesterday though.

Does seem if the company values talent then it will be rewarded.
