The F'ed up part is they knew the Sproutling band was giving babies rashes and they just went ahead and released it anyway. When is the recall?
Again these are decisions made by the overpaid leadership committees who are so far removed from process. Leaders whose agenda are definitely not consumer oriented or focused but pr focused.
Indicative of all that is wrong with this company.
personally worked on it, never an FP product...completely done by the Sproutling acquisition team and branded FP on package only. Another GW failure! Remind me again how he remains gainfully employed???
