Greenville is picking up work from NY and France

At The All hands Meeting it was announced that the company is going to keep 400 workers in NY and ship the rest of work to Greenville, and other capable facilities. Was informed that the plastic ware is on its way. Sporks will arrive soon to save money

This is fake and would not be cost effective

The products, tooling, and engineering / drafting systems are different.

If anything, more Greenville gas turbine work will be shifted to Belfort, France to meet Alstom purchase agreement with French Government to hire and retain more French workers.

This will be the jobs competition Greenville will face, especially since a large amount of gas turbine sales are outside USA, and dollar is at a high compared to many other currencies. These are the things that determine where work goes, and where cuts occur.
