Based on a rumor I just made up; the Bank is actually movie to St. Louis because Joe Monk is a huge fan of the Cardinals and D--k Paul loves the way Matheny runs the Cardinals like a process regardless of talent and environment.
Everyone knows St. Louis will close eventually. Its just a matter of when.

I would say Corporate Woods is done. I legitimately feel sorry for the people who still yet today don’t see what’s happening . Wake up people.

Can’t determine yet if this is specific layoffs or an axe is dropping on a large chunk of the bank. There are hub employees on the invite. Management did not appear pleased when they left their meeting.
Corporate has room reservations at Corp Woods this week. The line about “additional resources will be provided after the meeting” sums up what’s going to take place.
Can someone from systems chime in? I’m sure this order of events is very familiar to them.
The audience for tomorrow is analysts and the leadership overseeing analysts.

They already restructured AVPs. I'm not sure what Bank leadership had presented to them today. Who the directors will be, what the new alignment is, some combination of both?

I'm unsure the extent of DP's invite list, but tomorrow what was revealed in today's All Leadership Meeting should be disseminated throughout Bank.

DP sent invite for Bank Structure Study tomorrow at 11:00. There was an All Bank Leadership this afternoon. I presume we'll get some filtered version of that tomorrow.
What about St. Louis?
The feasibility or structure study was for all bank. I don’t think anyone is immune to getting cut, Bloomington and hubs included.

I'm glad I was Vivifired from ET in the last round. Honestly, my issue isn't so much with the idea of restructuring or the necessity to lay people off (all companies go through this), but with the obvious lack of competence of those making the decisions.
It's all just causing a bunch of pain and in the end will cost rather than help the company.

Those in understaffed/maintain roles are blocked from JOP'ing into alot of openings, and are supposed to trust newly shuffled leadership with their future placements....
Those in overstaffed roles are JOP'ing their asses off fighting for a chance to stay.....
Moral is a aweful, and treating people like bricks to use wherever the ET Construction crew desires without honest concern for individual desires is a business plan from 3rd world dictatorship
