Somebody mentioned it in another thread, and it got me thinking (and additionally worrying) about what will happen in August once a year has passed since Amazon acquired us and promised a year of no changes for TMS?
How bad do you think it is going to get in the weeks or months after that?
I would bet that all stores will 86 meat/seafood soon. It only makes sense in my store is the only team that makes money!
I would assume big changes because of how dysfunctional WF is run. To many people making decisions and the wrong ones at that. Allot of unjustifiable positions will be cut hopefully at the corporate level all the issues start there.
I'm a meat cutter which like the GA's, is a specialized skill that could be viewed as inefficient and an unnecessary expenditure. I'm prepping my resume now just in case. It's such a shame because this was the best job I ever had. May be time to move on.
