How about this:
A new CEO with LOTS of TOY INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE instead of one with ZERO TOY INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE?
Fire everyone else from the BoD down to VP level.
Combine all those salaries into one fund.
Spend HALF that total to hire Hasbro's CEO to come work for us and direct us out of this sh!+ hole funk we're in, and spend the rest on R&D and MAKING GOOD PRODUCTS THAT PEOPLE WANT.
Let's face it. Stormy Daniels has as much Toy Industry Experience today as the current CEO had the day before she was hired.

Mattel big dogs cant handle the truth and that"s what I had to offer. You could have had someone who would have taken the company to new heights and made it fun and super profitable again. Over 20 years in the industry working with the end end users and extremely in touch with what the customers want. They were offended when I told them about many of their missteps and gave simple solutions and showed how they basically burned every single bridge with any company they sold to. I had plans on building new internal ordering systems and actually EDUCATING paying customers instead of pretending Mattel is the CIA. You know how they don't want to provide much if any information to the big buyers of what they are purchasing. I even had a meeting set up at HQ and it was all canceled because I must have hurt someones feelings. Big dawgs can certainly line their pockets with tons of money for driving a company into the ground, but when you tell them of their wrongdoing they want to banish you. Sad but the truth hurts.
I hear everyone's complaints and issues on hear and believe me I take it all in and still will fight to be your leader someday. I will take this corrupt company that has killed fun and take it to where it has values, morals and respect again!!!
