I left a few months ago after nearly a decade with WFM myself, I just couldn’t wait for any rumored severance package any longer as the stress was impacting my health. At the end of the day, OTS did me in and I simply couldn’t justify the unrealistic demands and the poor quality of life it caused. The Grocery Teams have it the worse, work schedules 24 hours around the clock, 3:00 A.M start times for orders, overnights for market changeout, labor extensive resets coupled with regulate A.M/PM duties with minimal staffing, it’s insane guys. I had a very easy decision to make, work myself to death when all I do is recover and stress over my job on my days off, or take a leap of faith and move on. I moved on, yes I took a cut in pay and benefits, but I’ve made sacrifices in other areas to allow for this, friends and family say I’m a different person now, and I sleep and rest much better. I add this only not to rub it in anyone’s face, but to give my former TM’s some hope, that life does go on after WFMand please don’t ever believe you don’t deserve better.

Quarry new boss bla bla bla bla bla !!! So toll and no tha smart !!
After all this time I finally found out what our leadership is really good at---
brown-nosing and harassment.
I fake it everyday. I am in leadership and have been with the co. For a long time. Everyday I assume this is the day I get sent out. I fake it and try to encourage my TM's because they are scared too. I feel trapped because of the pay and my time invested. Looking for a lifeline outside of this sinking ship.
I agree with this. Despite all best efforts to remain positive.... it is harder everyday to smile and to care.
I have been with WFM 10+ years also. I agree they want to get people to quit. Less to pay out and no unemployment!
I honestly think they're trying to make us quit so they can bring in lesser paid TM's, or it will be fewer TM's to lay off. I've been with this company for 10 + years. It's such a shame to see them sink so low.
Labor cutting, team contraction, and this silly OTS program that makes people learn to accept daily failure about silly little things. Now everybody is scared for their jobs and people are posturing. Who ultimately takes the brunt? Team leader and below.
