No meetings done for engage to excel yet.
But Impact plans will be entered by end of quarter for management to get PIP.
It is a shame that mid level management is not on board with Gallup but they are still getting big fat pay and bonus.

Who cares, more useless management and pay being paid out.
HR and management sorely regret not holding E2E meetings earlier this year. Despite the official instructions being to keep the discussions at the team/local level and stick to small-scale action plans, questions and remarks about the CEO recent pay raise are nearly unavoidable. Now, they are scratching their heads about how to answer it: how to justify cuts in spendings everywhere else in the company ? Should they approve Paal's decision and lose credibility or speak against it and risk their carreers?
They have been instructed to politely decline to comment, should the issue be raised, and/or handle it offline afterwards.
Not sure if it will work so smoothly. PK's lack of judgment and common sense is quite undefensible.
Reports were available in December 2017..... The fact that they were not shared then demonstrates the commitment to Engagement by your managers....
Meetings are being scheduled.
Reports were available long time ago and they have been shared with the teams recently.
