Thread regarding Whole Foods Market Inc. layoffs

All raises under a dollar from now on?

What's going on with raises? Is it true that nobody will be getting a full dollar anymore? I've heard of people getting 40-60 cents in this new system.

This was asked in another thread, but nobody answered, so I'm hoping more people will see it like this and hopefully give us an answer.

I did it too! Whole foods taught good base skills. By next year I'll be making almost 100k.

Thanks amazon for pushing me out the door.

I got a new job. The raises are scheduled. $2-2.5 each year maxing out after 7. I used my whole foods purchasing experience to get out and succeed. I'm now learning a new set of skills and I'm much more valuable than I ever was to a company and better taken care of. Folks- you can do it to.

You'd have to currently make $33/hr to get $1 raise now.

When you do your job dialogue, the points add up to a certain number. That number determines your raise which is max $1. You can ask your TL or PBS for how much the points are but you have to have a perfect job dialogue for $1.
