NE been that way for a while now. Store have been told that overall average should be 4%, TLs 3%.
It's been a max of $1 in the MW for years and years.
After 3 years only 40 cent raises, if you are a old timer with years in the company, then be ready to stare down the new timers, you will not ever see good raises again, maybe even lose your job, Amazon will come in like a lion and eat you all alive, be ready and able to move fast, it is here now people, don't kid yourself, especially with all the chatter of a hostile takeover of Target, thus making Amazon a powerhouse in the grocery industry. DON'T WAIT TO BE F---ED BY THE WORST COMPANY IN THE WORLD!!!!!!

I heard that people are getting 40-60 cents at most because anything closer to a dollar would require the approval of regional. Is this true?
Ours happened a few months ago in the SW. no one gets more than $1/hr raise.
