The New Way of Working is obsolete already. It has been replaced by the Platforms / Industry 4.0. Keeping up with the corporate Bluesh*t is a full time job these days...

It would have been better if Paal bonus was linked to stock performance and value to shareholder.
My bet is that the transformation will be quietly buried (while being branded as a "success" in some sporadic reports) to be replaced by the "New way of working" BS.
It will never over honey, simple physic law, bs never over, it just transfer from this bs to other bs.
