I've seen what Allstate did to it's customers during Katrina. Every single time I wore my blue catastrophe shirt I was mobbed by Allstate customers thinking I was with AS. Honestly, I quit wearing it. I'd rather work for a roofer than Allstate.
Apply at Discover Card in Riverwoods just down the street from Allstate. They are equally bureaucratic, incompetent, and full of buzz word spewers...SF tards will fit right in there.

Current Allstater and would not recommend Allstate at this time. Too much uncertainty with their location strategy, absolutely do not join if you want to work in their head office. They no longer hire there as much and planning to move jobs,
Work at Allstate? NOPE. Worse that worse. Been there. Done that. Go work at a body shop, health care or body piercing salon. You'll have more fun and better job security.
Wait till us SF estimators start working at the shops and sharing our secrets. Rates and repair costs will skyrocket.
I don't think so, Allstate cut most of their auto field estimators, that is the good ones that know what they are doing and can actually do the job. The good ones all found jobs at shops but I made a career out of making companies rich and I am done with that. I would have bailed from this place 3 years ago if there was another good insurance company to go to but they ruined the best one and now they are all on the same level, JUNK.
