Thread regarding Education Management Corporation layoffs

art Institure acid reflux

Dear Alumni,

We recently shared the exciting news with you that The Art Institutes is now a non-profit institution owned by Dream Center Education Holdings. At The Art Institutes system of schools, now more than ever, we are committed to empowering our graduates to make an impact in their professions and in their communities.

Our renewed focus includes engaging and impacting the communities in which we live, learn, work and teach. We are proud to help realize that mission with the new Art Institutes Alumni Scholarship Program.

The Alumni Scholarship Program is an alumni benefit offered to help support you or someone you know with the cost of education. This program supports your continued education with a $5,000-$10,000 scholarship toward an additional degree with us. The program also allows you the opportunity to gift someone you know with a $5,000-$10,000 scholarship toward the cost of their degree at The Art Institutes.

With a new year comes new beginnings. We invite you to think about your personal and professional goals for 2018. Perhaps you have been thinking about taking the next step in your education or you may know of a friend, family member or colleague who may be ready to take a step up and open the door to education.

On behalf of The Art Institutes, thank you for the work that you do in your career to serve those in the communities where you live and work. Our alumni are making a difference every day. We are proud of you and the work you do.

For more information see the scholarship details below, or email AiAlumniConcierge@aii.edu .

We wish you the very best in this New Year.

Sincerely,

Claude Brown

President

The Art Institutes

They sent out more Bs if you ask me. They have employees that have been with the company for years, adjunct teachers that have worked with dedication, and passion. Now these parasites turn around and give free tuition and what not to the "DCEH volunteers. What about the employees that have gotten no raises since... I can't even remember. What a bunch of buffoons.

now you also want to re-organize HR so that we look like ONE university?

What about stop cheating students out of their education? You keep registering them in classes that have no pre-requisites? Seriously? I have seen second quarter students signed up in 200 level classes just because they need to fill them up. Setting them up for failure just because you have to fill in classes, or because you have no intention to run the ones they need because of the low enrollments. You are pathetic, this non profit curtain is going to blow away someday soon

I cant believe Fraud Clown is still there. He is the most despicably unprofessional person I have ever met. Fake to the core. Awful that he now leads the organization. He must have something on someone, because even he can sell that slime for long.

"Art Institure"

Quickly, call 911!

I think the Clown with all those creative ideas has had a stroke or something.

Either that or terminal obstipation brought on by a chronic retention of BS.

Changes indeed.

I think it's great that Ai is FINALLY being run by a "creative" rather than a "business" type. He has a thousand great and innovative ideas. It's a new day!

The Fraud Clown should be proud of his BS.

Almost puts Chris Hardman to shame, if that's possible.

You are correct. Same old delusional silver tongued sociopathic raptors.

But that is the state of evangelicalism these days.

Sad, pathetic hypocrites. Nothing has changed.

Omg is this A-- Clown still around? Seriously one of the most useless human beings to ever walk the earth. Claude would do anything to keep a person at an ai. He used to just simply transfer around the violent (seriously violent and dangerous) students between campuses in california to avoid expelling them and losing cash. Ha and now this guy is President.

I do hope many of the students that were assaulted by the students Claude "saved" from expulsion come out and tell their stories, we had at least 2 cases at the california campus of s-xual assaults that this guy swept under the rug.

Also not to mention his heavy push for illegal admission practices a few years ago.

He shouldn't be running a hotdog stand, much less a group of schools.
